Hi, I'm Monty. I am a cinematographer and camera operator based in South-East England.  I study a Master's at the University of Reading, I'm researching how research into scientific, theoretical and historical foundations of cinematography can inform the practical cinematographic construction of a film.  More specifically, the genres of thriller, drama and crime film.

 

I have a Bachelor's in Film and Television and a Foundation Degree in Creative Writing. I have always had a passion for filmmaking. I have experience with feature-length and short films, multi-camera studios and on-location shoots. My main areas of focus are cinematography, camera assisting and camera operating.
