Hi, I'm Monty. I am an aspiring cinematographer and camera operator based in South-East England. I am studying for a Master's at the University of Reading, researching how research into the scientific, theoretical, and historical foundations of cinematography can inform the practical construction of a film, particularly in the genres of thriller, drama, and crime.

 

I have a Bachelor's in Film and Television and a Foundation Degree in Creative Writing. I have always had a passion for filmmaking. I have experience with feature-length and short films, multi-camera studios and on-location shoots. My main areas of focus are cinematography, camera assisting and camera operating.
