Cry of The Rabbit (2025)

DoP, camera operator, Writer and Producer

In 1976, a young boy named Curtis Western vanishes from the quiet UK town of Oakbridge. Out for a bike ride, he never returns. Nearly a month later, a disturbing clue emerges: a Polaroid of Curtis, taken the day he disappeared, is found tacked to a lamppost. Beneath the image, a handwritten note reads: “Gone for a long ride”, signed with a cryptic phrase: “From the RedRoom”, and a circular red mark next to it. The case goes unsolved, leaving Oakbridge detectives baffled by the eerie clue and the unexplained disappearance of the boy. Eleven months later, the case is quietly closed.

By 2042, humanity has surrendered much of its livelihood to Harbor Springs, a powerful

conglomerate controlling vast virtual worlds where AI-driven clones have replaced human

labor. The system fuels the global economy, but at devastating cost: energy demand soars,

power grids collapse, and climate disasters ravage the planet. To preserve control, cloning

is outlawed for all but the elite, who command armies of digital workers while the masses

are left dispossessed and desperate.
